Lady of Heart

Ingredients

Makes 1 glass

• 2oz Moonlight rum
• 6oz black cherry soda
• 2oz tonic soda
• 3/4oz homemade vanilla syrup
• 3 ice cubes
• 1 cherry (fresh or jarred)

Steps

1. In a highball glass, put the rum, cherry soda, tonic and vanilla syrup.
2. Mix everything with a spoon.
3. Add the ice cubes and cherry as garnish.
4. Enjoy!

*To make the syrup, take 125 ml of water, 125 ml of white sugar and a vanilla pod. Bring to a boil and infuse the vanilla.
