Shipping costs
Delivery policy for orders shipped to Quebec, other Canadian provinces.
- We offer free Standard Shipping within Quebec [1], with all orders over $64,95 before GST, QST.
- Orders totaling less than $64.95 before GST, QST will be charged to you with a fee of $12,95/invoice.
- For deliveries to the rest of Canada [2] or remote areas of Quebec, a fee of $18,95 will be charged.
[1] The regions of Northern Quebec, Îles-de-la-Madeleine, and the North Shore are excluded from free shipping. Fees will apply depending on the region requested.
[2] Excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
Return policy
In the case of a return, the merchandise must be in its original packaging and in presentable condition. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Refunds will be made within 2 to 4 working days, as soon as the merchandise is returned to the branch at the following address:

Make sure the original invoice is in the box, your contact details, as well as a note with the reason for the return. For returns, we are not responsible for products that are damaged or lost in transit. For items returned to us, we credit the full amount paid for the returned products (less any additional shipping charges/fees related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method of purchase within 2-4 days.
